In order to provide excellent practical and technical lens advice, we needed an
excellent technical lens advisor, a laboratory with the facilities to create fine
eyewear quickly and accurately, and a portfolio of superb lenses form a world market-leading
manufacturer.
After looking closely at the ophthalmic lens market, there was no doubt who was
the market leader, both in terms of the extensive lens catalogue and the renowned
product quality. Essilor lenses are known world wide for their quality, innovation
and excellent efficient service. Products such as the Transitions VI light sensitive
lenses, the Crizal Forte coating and the famous Varilux progressive lenses all stand
out in the Essilor lens range.
Then we turned our attention to the practical and technical lens advice. We needed
some one who not only has an in depth understanding of both the fashion and function
aspects of spectacle frames, but also had extensive knowledge of the optics and
mechanics of lens characteristics, lens performance and lens manufacturing. Again,
the choice was easy.
We chose the successful, independent Opticians, Walters Opticians, to create and
supply and verify our Essilor lenses.
Walters Opticians have under gone a formidable and successful growth since being
established 12 years ago, and due in no small part to their "quality without
compromise" ethos.
Behind the Walters Opticians success is their founder Roy Walters FBDO SMC(tech).
Roy is both a Qualified Optical technician and a qualified and GOC registered dispensing
optician. Roy uses his experience and knowledge and passion for perfection to create
superb eyewear for all his patients.
We too can now boast to give you the benefit of his knowledge and experience and
use this to create superb complete, prescription eyewear.

As our technical lens advisor, Roy Walters will answer questions and offer advice
on all aspects of prescribed spectacle lenses and spectacle frames. Roy is extremely
approachable and easy to talk to. He explains things in easy to understand terms
and has a real knack of making extremely complex seem simple and easy to solve.
We have created a simple "Ask the expert" e mail link, which will directly
e mail Roy with your prescription and technical enquiries.

Preferential treatment…for all
Every order you place is a big deal for us, we want you to be confident that we
are on the case with your order every step of the way, from payment right through
to delivery.
This is why we have introduced individual account and order management.
From the moment you place your first order with NetPrice designer Spectacles, an
individual account manager (or IAM for short). Your IAM
is your point of contact and will be assigned to your the individual order, seeing
your order through every step of the way. Through your IAM, you will be able to
receive updates and details about progress of your order.
In addition you will be provided with the mobile contact of your IAM,
adding an additional point of contact for you to access order information*.
Your IAM will be assigned to you directly after your account registration. Your
IAM will contact you within 24 hours to introduce themselves and to confirm contact
and order details.
IAM with you all the way
Your IAM does not stop being involved with your account once you have received your
order, far from it. Your IAM will deal with all your future orders and enquiries
including warranty issues, prescription sunglasses, non-prescription sunglasses,
spectacle frames and lens information. Your IAM will also keep you up to date of
specials offers and events, which may be of use or interest to you, and under certain
circumstances, can arrange additional discount for repeat or multiple orders.

special delivery are now FREE. Postal rates to the rest of the world will be kept
to our current low rates. In al cases, delivery is only made to the cardholders
